Terms of Return
▫ The original packaging is not accepted for the return of products that have been impaired, have lost resaleability and cannot be purchased by another customer.
▫ Product detail pages “No return or change” in the form of the products that are not refunded or exchanged are not made.
Refunds that are not made in accordance with the return procedure are not guaranteed.
Return Procedure
If you would like to return the product you purchased, just send an email to contact@poddropshipping.com on the subject or use contact form.
If you want to change the product you purchased, just send an email to contact@poddropshipping.com or use contact form.
If the product you purchased is damaged/disabled, you only need to send an e-mail to contact@poddropshipping.com use contact form. In case of damage/apology, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Important Notes
In products in all categories; refunds of products that are missing or used are not accepted. You must package the product you wish to return as sent to you before delivering it to the cargo attendant. Otherwise, the product you wish to return may be damaged in the cargo transport process, and in this case you will be responsible. There is no return of damaged products during the cargo transport process.
Shipping Fees
▫ In cases where exchange/refund request is made under the Satisfaction guarantee, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
